Located in the lush environment of the Sunshine Coast, our farm specializes in producing organic strawberries.
Ashbern Farms has been growing organic strawberries since 2008 on the Sunshine Coast. By growing organics, we challenge ourselves to farm cleaner with more sustainable practices and use more biological control measures for pests and disease.
Integrated Pest Management has been introduced with the use of predatory mites to control two-spotted mite populations. Beneficial soil microbes are added to the soil to enhance plant health. We specifically select plant varieties that are both hardy and sweet, ensuring strawberries of exceptional quality. This farm operates with the highest organic standards to bring you strawberries that are both delicious and environmentally friendly. Please note, this farm is not open to the public, allowing us to focus entirely on growing exceptional organic produce for our trade customers.
Ashbern Farms – Stanthorpe
Nestled in Queensland’s Granite Belt region, our Stanthorpe farm produces conventionally grown strawberries. This location is open to the public during the strawberry season, offering a farm-fresh experience. While visitors can enjoy picking their own strawberries, this farm also serves as a key production site for high-quality strawberries distributed to our wholesale partners.
